Brödernas Kafé is looking for a location manager for a full-time position with a 6-month probationary period.

Job Responsibilities

As the location manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the café and actively work in the business. Responsibilities include, among others:

• Scheduling and personnel responsibility
• Working in daily operations
• Cash handling
• Serving and customer interaction
• Preparing coffee
• Preparing for service
• Washing dishes and light cleaning

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Resilient under stress and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Responsible and structured
• Experienced in working both independently and in a team

Previous experience in a café or restaurant is required.

• Scope: Full-time
• Employment type: Probationary period of 6 months
• Salary: According to agreement
